本屆布魯塞爾海鮮展共有來自78個國家的1,900多家參展商參與，今年新增了3號館主要展示加工參展商。除了中國參展商和參展觀眾之外，許多國際公司的中國代表也在展會現場：

海鮮指南了解到，本屆展會上，盡管人流量很大，來自歐洲當地的采購商增加的數量并不明顯。 從展會規模來講，青島第一，波士頓第二，布魯塞爾第三。“但是從拜訪客戶的品質來說，這個展會的客戶質量會更高一些，尤其是已經在中國市場看到過我們產品的客戶�！� 與青島、波士頓的特點并不相同，盡管也有一些原料產品供參觀者采購，但布魯塞爾海鮮展最大的關注點在于加工產品，在加工產品消費極其旺盛的歐洲，無論是粗級加工、精深加工還是調味產品，都無比受歡迎。
