智利業(yè)務(wù)失敗后，Pescanova進(jìn)入破產(chǎn)程序
　　
　　中國水產(chǎn)頻道獨(dú)家報(bào)道，Pescanova已經(jīng)在申請破產(chǎn)程序中的債務(wù)協(xié)商問題。
　　
　　在3月1日下午12時(shí)56分，按照破產(chǎn)法第五條（第二次修正）規(guī)定，這家歐洲銷售額排名第三的西班牙海鮮公司，向西班牙證券監(jiān)督管理機(jī)構(gòu)申請債務(wù)協(xié)商。根據(jù)該法，該集團(tuán)現(xiàn)在有4個(gè)月時(shí)間進(jìn)行債務(wù)重組。
　　
　　據(jù)路透社消息，去年九月底，Pescanova有價(jià)值15.2億歐元（19.9億美元）的債務(wù)，在過去幾個(gè)月里，集團(tuán)一直在努力使其在甲殼動(dòng)物和魚類的養(yǎng)殖領(lǐng)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)盈利。

　　Pescanova enters insolvency proceedings after Chile sale fails

　　Pescanova has filed to renegotiate its debt under insolvency proceedings.
　　
　　At 12.56pm on Friday, the Spanish company — Europe’s third largest seafood company by revenue — sent a notice to the Spanish securities authority saying it had filed for debt renegotiation under Article 5bis of the bankruptcy law.
　　
　　Under that law, the group now has four months to restructure its debt.
　　
　　The group, which had debt worth 1.52 billion ($1.99bn) at the end of September last year, struggled in the last months to make its investments into farmed crustaceans and fishes profitable, said Reuters.
　　
　　On Friday Pescanova’s shares were suspended after the group had failed to file its annual reports on time. This was due to ongoing negotiations about a potential sale of its salmon business in Chile, Pescanova had said.
　　
　　The company had said at the time that if the deal did not go ahead it would instead have to restructure its debt. However, the negotiations have failed, said Reuters.
　　
　　Pescanova’s head of investor relations Joaquin Vina Tamargo and CEO Angel Matamoro Irago were not available to comment to Undercurrent News.
　　
　　The news does not mean that the company has filed for insolvency, an employee at the company told Undercurrent.
　　
　　A spokesperson at the Spanish securities exchange regulator, CNMV, said there had been no filing of insolvency, but said that the debt restructuring proposal was the first step towards insolvency proceedings in Spain.
　　
　　According to the Practical Law Company Cross-Border Law guide, the objective of debt restructuring under Spanish insolvency proceedings “is to restructure the debt to allow the debtor to continue operating. The debtor makes an arrangement with creditors to reduce its debt over a certain period of time, up to the limitations set by the Insolvency Act (a debt reduction of not more than 50% and/or a stay of proceedings of not more than five years).”
